OUR STORY
Jackie started nightowl from a music management office in Charlottesville, VA in early 2012. She saw a gap in the advertising specialty field: the industry lacked a truly creative approach that could offer smart and cool products to corporate America. There had to be better products out there other than dollar key chains and plastic sports bottles. It was also so impersonal. She wanted to take the approach that nightowl would build strong relationships with customers and taking a more hands on, custom approach thus maximizing the value it could provide to clients. The more nightowl could learn about their customers' brands, the more they could help to amplify them.
nightowl evolved into the company Jackie imagined. It is a cool place with great people inspired by creativity and phenomenal customer service.

With the support of the most dedicated creative team and administrative staff in the industry, Jackie takes a hands-on approach at nightowl Promotional Solutions and has been the exclusive sales force since it opened its doors in 2013.
In addition to providing her customers with the best products sourced nationally & overseas, Jackie is dedicated to providing the best customer service in her industry. She is always reachable by phone and quick to respond to requests from both current and prospective clients. As a sales professional and business owner, building trust and long-lasting relationships with clients and vendors is a top priority.
Outside of the office, Jackie is a dedicated friend, wife & mom to a Lennox and Mickey the Rottweiler. She loves exploring Richmond and taking advantage of everything the city has to offer.
